Where is your office located?
Our office is at 10 Cameron Street, Fairfield QLD 4103.
What are your trading hours?
Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 12pm to 4pm. If you’re after Op Shop opening hours, these vary by store, so it’s best to check our Op Shop contact details page or call the shop directly.
What can I use the enquiry form for?
Our enquiry form lets you select the subject that best matches your question, including Op Shops, Accommodation, Donations/Bequests, Computer Club, Blind Australian of the Year Awards, Events, Work Experience, Volunteering, or Other. Just pop in your name, email, phone and a message, and we’ll get back to you.
I want to donate or ask about bequests. Who should I contact?

How do I get in touch about an Op Shop?
For Op Shop-specific queries, like stock, opening hours or drop-off details, it’s best to contact the individual store directly. Our Op Shops page lists contact details for each location. Alternatively, you can select “Op Shops” on the enquiry form and we’ll point you in the right direction.
How do I ask about accommodation?
Select “Accommodation” on our enquiry form, or call or email us using the details above. Our Accommodation page has more information on our independent living units for people with low or no vision.
How do I get involved with the Blind Australian of the Year Awards?
You can select “Blind Australian of the Year Awards” on our enquiry form, or visit the dedicated awards website at blindaustralianoftheyear.com.au for nominations, sponsorship and event details.
How can I volunteer or ask about work experience?
Select “Volunteering” or “Work Experience” on our enquiry form, and we’ll be in touch. We regularly welcome volunteers and students across our Op Shops and office.
