Our collection trucks have a busy schedule as they attempt to cover collection requests from right across Brisbane.
Please use the form below to request your collection. While we do whatever we can to accommodate requests for specific days and times we are usually booked up weeks in advance and service select zones each day of the week.
Our collection service is exclusively for items that are not easily delivered either into one of our Op Shops or safely inside our Collection Bins. Typically this includes furniture, large electrical, white goods and large collections from relocations and diseased estates.

What is the Donation Collection Request form for?
It’s how you book a pick-up for larger donated items that we can’t collect through our usual channels, things too big to drop into one of our Op Shops or fit safely inside our donation bins. Think furniture, large electrical items, white goods, and bigger collections from relocations or deceased estates.
What areas do you collect from?
Our collection trucks service right across Brisbane. We work through select zones each day of the week, so which day we can get to you depends on your suburb.
How long will it take for my collection to be booked?
Our trucks run a busy schedule, so we’re usually booked up several weeks in advance. We’ll do what we can to work around specific days and times you need, but please allow plenty of lead time, especially if you’re working to a moving date.
What happens after I submit the form?
We’ll get in touch to arrange the next available appointment for your area. There’s no need to call ahead, just fill in the form and we’ll take it from there.
What information do I need to provide?
The form asks for your name, email and phone number, the suburb for collection, any access notes (like stairs, parking or gate codes), a list and description of the items, any additional comments, and photos of the items if you have them.
Why do you ask for photos?
Photos help us plan the collection properly, so our team knows what to expect, how many people or what size truck might be needed, and whether the items are suitable for us to take.
What items can't go through this collection service?
This service is specifically for items that don’t easily fit into an Op Shop drop-off or one of our collection bins. Smaller items like clothing, shoes, homewares, books and bric-a-brac are best taken directly to your nearest Op Shop or donation bin instead.
Do you accept items from a relocation or a deceased estate?
Yes. Larger collections from relocations and deceased estates are exactly the kind of donation this form is designed for. Just include as much detail as you can about the items and access to the property.
What condition do my items need to be in?
As with all our donations, items need to be in good, resalable condition, since everything we collect goes towards raising funds through our Op Shops.
